Free face to face legal advice on divorce, separation, childcare proceedings and all family law related matters.
Free face to face legal advice is now being offered by Warren’s Law at the Citizens Advice Bureau, Brighton & Hove every Wednesday from 10am – 3pm from 23 November right through to January.
Emma Macdonald of Warren’s Law Brighton, said: “Most couples who begin a divorce or separation are unprepared and are often not on the same page when they begin. It is this lack of preparedness and readiness that frequently causes families to deteriorate with often devastating effects, on all parties involved. Similarly childcare proceedings, residence and injunctions are often difficult legal routes for the general public to navigate… but help is now available for free every Wednesday in Brighton & Hove.
“Seeking legal advice in advance of making decisions is important, however for many the cost can be prohibitive. We hope that with these free advice clinics no one is left disadvantaged.”
Imogen Forbes, interim director of Citizens Advice Brighton and Hove said: “We are delighted to have the support of Warren’s Law Brighton to provide these free family law advice clinics every week at our new offices on Tisbury Road. Our volunteers are very important to us and we are pleased to work with a number of solicitors, who kindly offer their services to us and our clients for free.”
The aim of these open clinics is to provide straightforward private and confidential legal advice and guidance on how best to approach a separation or divorce situation and plan out a resolution – as far as child custody, finances and all other related matters are concerned. They will also advise on childcare proceedings, injunctions and so on.
For free family law advice, drop in to Citizens Advice Brighton and Hove on Wednesdays starting from 23 November 2016.
