Please note that if the purchase or sale value is in excess of £800,000 we will need to know more information about the property in order to be able to provide a quote however it is likely to be in the region of £1,000 – £2,000 + vat.

How long will it take?

There are a number of factors that can affect the timescale including the number of properties in the “chain”, if you need a mortgage and if there are queries around the legal title to the property.

    the charges will be in the region of £500 to £695 +vat and this will usually be completed within 4 weeks.

  • Help to Buy Transactions

    the costs of this will depend upon various factors and the costs will usually be between £250 and £500 + vat.

  • Transfers of Equity

    the costs will range from £350 to £550 + vat depending on the circumstances.

  • Equity release

    £950+ vat

  • Overage Clauses

    this is an agreement which allows the seller to charge an additional sum after the sale of land or property as a result of an increase in value. The costs of this will depend upon various factors including the complexity of the agreement however the costs will usually be between £1,000 and £2,000 + vat and this will usually be completed within 4 weeks.
